Robert Bean (BA, Grad Dip Ed, Cert IV Training and Assessment) is the Managing Director of Adelaide-based management consulting practice Cultural Diversity Services Pty Ltd, also trading as Robert Bean Consulting. He has 36 years' experience in the diversity management and cross-cultural communication fields, working with hundreds of government, community and business enterprises across Australia.

Robert has national policy and research experience and has published numerous reports, training resources and articles. His training, coaching, consulting and development work aims to equip individuals and organisations with a deeper understanding of the nature and impacts of diversity, with a focus on cultural diversity, enabling them to better understand and work more effectively with people and groups from diverse social and cultural backgrounds.
